We are looking for an HTTS Routing Protocols Customer Support Engineer to, --Provide second line phone/email consultation to independently debug complex network problems related to IP routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP,OSPF, BGP, etc), MPLS, Multicast on Cisco routers and switches. --Acts as a technical expert and is a go-to resource for the team. --Provides support on a world-wide basis to all HTTS customers.
