LPN-Per Diem Department: Operations Schedule: Shift: Hours: Job Details: - Current Mass license req. Provide care to patients in their homes within the agency guidelines for Licensed Practical Nurse practice. Provide therapeutic care related to health needs of selected patients under the supervision of the Primary Registered Nurse. Provides patient teaching as directed by the Primary Registered Nurse as needed in order to maximize patient health and independence.
