Parts Agent Duties of the position: Parts Sales- Field phoned parts sales. Generate purchase orders to appropriate vendors. Generate internal sales orders for billing purposes. Follow up by calling customer with estimated arrival date. Deliver parts if necessary to satisfy customer needs as required. Generate quotes as needed.
