Senior Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher A growing service company in the Boulder area is looking for a senior customer service representative/dispatcher. Duties will include handling high volume inbound calls, dispatching service calls to field representatives, scheduling appointments, and calendar arrangements. Requires 2+ years of high volume customer service experience, 1+ years experience dispatching service calls, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
