Our client is searching for a Senior Application Support Engineer for a long-term contract in Little Rock, Arkansas. This position will be responsible for: - Incident Management, Problem Management, and Root Cause Reporting - Change and Release Management Support - During and After-Hours Incident Resolution and Logging - Release and Regression Testing Support, including the creation of test/release plans and test data as required. - Creation of and on-going updates of Troubleshooting Guidelines
