The Strategy and Operational Planning team in Zurich North America Commercial Business Division works closely with the CEO and senior management team to: 1. Identify strategic challenges and opportunities, informing the Financial Plan (aspirations, targets, etc.) 2. Develop and execute operating plans with the businesses (BUs) and functions (COEs) that enable us to deliver on our performance aspirations 3. Create (with the BUs and COEs) appropriate metrics and track/monitor/evaluate performance
